The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern mutual rights and obligations.
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the mutual rights and obligations between Trestel SK, a.s. and its customers in the provision of server housing, rack housing, and Optinet Internet connection services. The GTC form an integral part of the contractual relationship between the provider and the customer.
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to ensure transparent, fair, and clearly defined rules of cooperation, including the terms and conditions for ordering services, the scope of services provided, the responsibilities of the contracting parties, payment terms, and the complaint process. By confirming the order or signing the contract, the customer declares that they have read these GTC and agree with their wording.
The GTC also define the basic principles of service availability, the level of technical support, and references to the Service Level Agreement (SLA), which sets out guaranteed response times and procedures for troubleshooting. TRESTEL SK reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions as appropriate, with the current version always being published on this website. These GTC have been drawn up in accordance with the valid legislation of the Slovak Republic and apply to all contractual relationships, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
